As a mother myself, I understand the demands of modern day motherhood and am feel called to serve mothers. However, I am happy to support any womxn who is craving a deeper connection with themselves and their health. 

Integrative Physical Therapy

As an integrative physical therapist my goal is to help you reach your movement related goals through a whole-person approach.  My approach is an eclectic blend of manual therapy, functional exercise, lifestyle medicine, functional nutrition, medical-based therapeutic yoga,  clinical pilates,  and mindfulness.  I believe that pain and dis-ease is symptom of a larger story and I use my integrative tool set to help you uncover the root cause so you can begin to live life and move with more ease.  Lifestyle medicine and coaching skills are interwoven into my practice to help empower you to take control of your health.  

 I only see physical therapy clients in person, in the state of Washington. 

Lifestyle Medicine Coaching


Lifestyle Medicine is an evidence-based approach focused on changing unhealthy behaviors into positive ones. My background in physical therapy, medical-based therapeutic yoga, pilates, and functional nutrition has given me the tools to help you design a customized plan for your health based on the principles of Lifestyle Medicine.
