Working with Tara was amazing! I really appreciated her holistic approach. Tara is affirming and encouraging and helped me to reach my goals during my postpartum recovery. She helped me re-connected with my body after having a baby. The pelvic floor mediation really helped me release tension and work towards healing/recovery.

Tara Morrison, DPT WHC draws on her 10 years of experience treating Women's Health Conditions using mind, body, and spirit medicine. She uses a trauma-informed, whole person approach backed by evidence, experience, creativity and intuition to find the root cause of your pain and dysfunction- whether physical, mental, energetic, psychosocial, or spiritual.
How do I know Integrative Physical Therapy is right for me?
- You are craving a whole person approach to care.

-You are looking for pelvic floor physical therapy that looks beyond just the pelvic floor.
-You've had a challenging birth experience that you feel is contributing to your pain.
-You are experiencing pain in combination with low energy, mood changes, and digestive issues.

As an integrative physical therapist my goal is to help you reach your movement related goals through a whole-person approach. Together, we will take a look at your current state of being, your past and how it has brought you to where you are, your vision for your future, and from there create attainable goals to start you on your path towards healing.
I believe that pain and dis-ease is symptom of a larger story and I use my integrative tool set to help you uncover the root cause so you can begin to live life and move with more ease. Testimonials
"Tara is a pleasure to see for physical therapy. She is exceptional in her understanding of body systems, converts her knowledge with ease and is skilled in helping me put into practice what will serve me best. Tara is truly kind and a very good listener for which I'm grateful. At times we share a wonderful laugh as well." -K.M.
"After my hip replacement three years ago, Tara's sensitive, encouraging, and skillful therapy helped me get back to full functioning. She helped me strengthen my core, and regain balance and flexibility. Most importantly, Tara helped me get the confidence to get back on my bike. Now at 71, I'm biking to work up to 18 miles a day, and can easily walk 10,000 steps a day. This past year I even took up the new sports of skiing and rock climbing for the first time!" -J.W.
"Tara treated me for over a year and helped me get from a point of no activity back on the path towards playing high impact sports. Her bedside manner and sense for explanation was both informational and incredibly supportive" -K.L.
