75 minute physical therapy sessions at our healing space in the Columbia City Neighborhood of Seattle 

(virtual visits/in-home also available)

Internal &/or external pelvic floor assessment and treatment

Hands on manual therapy techniques targeted to assist your bones, organs/viscera, and nervous system to settle after birth.

Somatic based energy tools to release stored emotions, beliefs, and trauma from the body.  This may also include birth story listening. 

Progressive core and full body strengthening including pilates and yoga based exercise specific to the postpartum body

Posture and proper body mechanic education including breastfeeding, lifting and carrying baby, sitting, standing, squatting, and walking.

Mindfulness, Breath work, and Guided Visualizations to help you reconnect to your body after baby and manage stress.  Including practices for postpartum body love and acceptance.  

Health Coaching and Lifestyle Medicine including functional nutrition specific to postpartum recovery needs.
